Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040).
Prepare Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065) along with related schedules.
Prepare Corporate Tax Returns (Form 1120) and supporting workpapers.
Perform month-end and year-end bookkeeping for US clients.
Finalize books of accounts before tax preparation.
Prepare and review bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Pass year-end adjusting journal entries, including accruals,



depreciation, and prepaid expenses.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Coordinate with US CPAs and clients to collect missing tax documents and resolve accounting queries.
Maintain complete tax workpapers and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of tax returns while meeting quality standards.
Support tax planning and respond to client queries as required.
