This role will support Lubricants Americas in delivering its growth ambitions.

What’s the role
Analyze supply chain network data (from raw material procurement to production to route to market) to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and production, to ensure optimal supply chain operations
Use Coupa Soft (LlamaSoft/Supply Chain guru) and other tools to conduct scenario analysis to optimize the supply chain network reducing total landed cost
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that supply chain goals and customer satisfaction levels are met
Provide guidance and support to analysts and team members

What we need from you




Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in supply chain optimization, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment (in FMCG workplace)
Proficiency in supply chain modeling tools and software (LlamaSoft/CoupaSoft or others)
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, Spotfire, Alteryx
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace
Robust project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prior Lubricants experience is a plus.
