Conduct routine testing of native and modified starch products as per standard testing procedures.

Analyze parameters such as Moisture, pH, Viscosity, Ash, Brightness, Mesh, Bulk Density, etc.

Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA and batch-wise documentation.

Perform raw material, in-process and finished goods analysis.

Ensure proper sampling and testing of incoming and dispatched materials.

Maintain calibration and cleanliness of laboratory instruments and equipment.

Assist in product trials, R&D; activities and current product development.

Monitor quality standards as per customer specifications and internal quality norms.

Coordinate with Production Department regarding quality deviations and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP,



HACCP and laboratory safety procedures.

Prepare daily laboratory reports and communicate test results to concerned departments.

Maintain chemical inventory and ensure proper handling/storage of chemicals.

Support audits, inspections and documentation activities.

Follow laboratory safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping within the lab

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
