As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend components with a strong focus on real-time communication and system scalability.
Role Summary:
Support the Engineering Lead in full-stack feature delivery for the MVP.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to both frontend and backend development
Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration
Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing
Knowledge of AWS
Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js) Profiles
Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with solid expertise in React.js and Node.js.
Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.
Preferred (Skills) - Exposure to real-time socket communication,
omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.
