We are looking for a highly driven Junior Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Development, QA, and Operations.
Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Schedule and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project review meetings.
Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and dashboards.
Identify project risks, blockers, and escalate issues when required.
Ensure tasks are assigned, tracked,



and completed within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and communicate updates.
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones where applicable.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
Valuable understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Offic
