As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented specialists to strengthen our Tender Operations Team at our Anand office.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from GeM, CPPP, and State e-Procurement portals.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare, verify, and submit Technical and Financial Bids within prescribed timelines.
Coordinate with clients for collection and verification of statutory, technical, and financial documents.
Ensure complete compliance with tender terms, conditions, and submission requirements.
Monitor corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, bid opening schedules,



and post-submission activities.
Maintain accurate digital records of tenders, client documentation, and submission status.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and error-free bid submissions.
Follow up on bid status, clarifications, and award notifications.
Maintain complete confidentiality of client information and tender documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent learning ability are welcome to apply.
Solid analytical and documentation skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal abilities.
