Position: Sales Trainer
Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees.
Conduct induction and product knowledge training.
Train employees on sales techniques, customer handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback.
Conduct role plays, assessments, and refresher training sessions.
Monitor employee performance after training and provide coaching.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and evaluation reports.
Coordinate with department heads to improve sales productivity.
Maintain training records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer,



preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
