Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 per month (Paid monthly)

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Weekly Off: 4 days per month

Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff.
Welcome and assist guests to ensure an excellent dining experience.
Take customer orders and ensure prompt service.
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Train and guide junior staff when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar restaurant supervisory role.




Robust communication and leadership skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
