Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate calls and HR screening
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist with job postings and recruitment activities
Support day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition operations
