Position: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
Work closely with business users, development, QA, and project teams to ensure accurate requirement translation.
Perform data analysis using SQL to support business decisions, validate data, and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate requirement walkthroughs, UAT, and change management activities.
Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and maintain requirement traceability.

Required Skills:
6+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.
Excellent documentation and requirement gathering skills.
Solid SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, analyze data, and validate results.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings is preferred.
