Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage digital marketing and advertising efforts, including campaign coordination, updates, monitoring, and reporting.

- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and occasionally assist with phone calls when required.

- Manage and update websites, CMS platforms, business profiles, social platforms, email, messaging, and other digital channels.

- Provide IT support for existing IT infrastructure, software, business systems, and processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Manage business software, digital tools, integrations, and technology-enabled workflows.

- Identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.

- Test websites, software, automations, forms, integrations, and digital workflows to identify and resolve issues.

- Research technical or operational problems independently, identify practical solutions, and coordinate with developers, vendors, designers, or other specialists when required.

- Monitor digital and operational performance, prepare basic reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.





- Maintain simple SOPs, checklists, documentation, and recurring workflows.

- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish and communicate progress, issues, and recommendations clearly.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in IT/digital operations, business operations, digital marketing, digital systems, or a related field.

- Strong written and spoken English.

- Comfortable working with technology, websites, software, AI tools, and digital platforms.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Able to learn recent tools quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.

- A proactive, practical, and solution-oriented approach to work.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership and follow through.

- Experience with WordPress/CMS, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, Canva, email marketing, SEO, AI tools, automation platforms, basic HTML/CSS, QA/testing, analytics, or reporting is a plus.
