Key responsibilities

Investment Evaluation &

- Execution

- Evaluate investment opportunities including acquisitions, developments, and structured deals.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess IRR, ROI, cash flows, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Conduct due diligence (financial, commercial, legal coordination)
- Support deal structuring and execution in line with fund strategy.

Fund Performance &

- Portfolio Management

- Track and analyze fund and asset-level performance against underwriting assumptions.
- Monitor returns (IRR, MOIC), cash flows, and capital deployment
- Identify value creation opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
- Work closely with asset management teams to optimize performance.

Investor Relations &

- Reporting

- Prepare investor reports, presentations, and updates (quarterly/annual)
- Manage ongoing investor communication and queries
- Support AGMs, investor meetings, and fundraising roadshows




- Ensure high standards of transparency and reporting accuracy

Fundraising &

- Capital Raising Support

- Assist in fundraising efforts, including preparation of pitch decks, IMs, and data rooms.
- Support engagement with institutional investors, family offices, and HNIs
- Maintain investor pipelines and track commitments.

Governance &

- Compliance

- Assist in adherence to fund structures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and auditors for fund-related matters
- Maintain robust documentation and audit trails

Financial Analysis &

- Strategy

- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support investment strategy.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, sector performance, and risk factors.
- Support strategic decision-making on capital allocation and exits.
