Position: IT Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in IT Support, Hardware & Networking

Job Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Handle LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.

Provide technical support to staff and resolve day-to-day IT issues.

Maintain IT assets, systems, and network infrastructure.

Perform basic system security, backup, and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.

Positive knowledge of hardware and networking.

Familiarity with Windows OS, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
