? Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to identify, approach, and onboard investors for our business/projects. The candidate will play a key role in raising funds, building investor relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential investors, venture capitalists, and funding partners
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Prepare and present pitch decks, business plans, and financial projections
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships
- Arrange and coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Conduct market research to identify funding opportunities
- Support in deal structuring and closing investments
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial and business data
? Requirements:
- Experience in fundraising / investment / business development
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create investor pitch decks & financial models
- Good understanding of ROI, valuation, and financial analysis
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
? Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in startup funding / renewable energy / solar projects
- Existing network of investors or VCs
- MBA in Finance / Business (preferred)
? KPIs (Performance Metrics):
- Amount of funds raised
- Number of investor meetings arranged
- Successful deal closures
- Investor engagement and retention
