Position: Inventory Executive

Location: Madhyamgram, Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Industry: Food Industry – Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive with 3–6 years of experience, preferably currently working or having worked in the Food Industry. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock monitoring, inward/outward entries, stock reconciliation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily inventory and stock records.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Handle material inward and outward entries.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Track expiry dates, damaged and rejected materials.
- Prepare inventory and stock-related MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification preferred.




- 3–6 years of inventory/stores experience.
- Food Industry experience is mandatory. ⭐
- Good knowledge of inventory/stock management.
- Experience with ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
