Job Responsibilities

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels for various products and components.

- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Monitor inventory performance metrics, including turns, obsolescence, and accuracy, reporting on key findings and recommending corrective actions.

- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and minimize inventory discrepancies.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of inventory control systems and tools.

- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, performance, and forecasts for management review.





- Identify opportunities for process improvement within inventory management and contribute to their execution.

- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).

- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

- Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain concepts.
