Job Title: International Voice Process Technical Support Executive

Location: Chennai Kovilambakkam

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree

CTC: Up to 4.3 LPA

:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards
- Document customer interactions and update records regularly

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts / night shifts
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
