Role Description The International Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with international universities and partners, coordinating collaboration agreements, and supporting the development of global education pathways for students. The role includes conducting research on foreign education systems and policies, tracking international admission trends, and providing insights that enhance consultancy services.
The International Relations
Officer will prepare reports and briefs, participate in meetings with institutional partners, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand Heralds International’s global network. The role also requires clear, professional communication with stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with internal teams and prospective students.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven person to manage relationships with international universities, colleges,
and education partners while supporting student recruitment and enrolment activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and counselling skills, a good understanding of overseas education, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both institutional partners and students. The role will involve coordinating with universities, supporting the counselling team, converting prospective students into successful enrolments, and contributing to overall student recruitment targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and international education partners.
- Monitor student recruitment targets and achieve monthly/annual admission goals.
4.convert prospective students into successful enrolments.
- Ensure the counselling team provides accurate and updated information to students.
- Coordinate with university representatives and partner institutions for admissions and student-related matters.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated and keep the team informed on current updates, university requirements, intakes, scholarships, and visa guidelines.
- Support business development activities, seminars, education fairs, and student recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and university admission procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in overseas education
- strong communication, counselling, relationship-management, and sales/conversion skills
