Role Description The International Collection Executive will manage and oversee collections from global clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy accounts receivable levels. Daily responsibilities include contacting customers through calls and emails, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving billing discrepancies, and updating collection records in internal systems. The role involves coordinating with internal finance and operations teams, analyzing outstanding accounts, and preparing regular reports on collection status and performance.
The executive is expected to maintain professional,
clear communication with international stakeholders while complying with company policies and relevant regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills for managing outstanding accounts and securing timely payments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with international clients and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret account data, identify risks, and recommend collection strategies.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to understand invoices, account statements, and payment terms.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in international collections, BPO or shared services environments.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems and basic MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, negotiation ability, and a solution-oriented approach.
- A diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field is beneficial; fluency in English and any additional language is an advantage.
