GLOBAL BUSINESS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2026

Elisco Global Organica is a globally integrated producer, processor, manufacturer, importer, and exporter working across fresh produce, agro-food products, bio-inputs, botanical products, sustainable packaging, bio-based materials, and other sustainable solutions.

We are looking for 2 motivated and ambitious interns to support our international market expansion and business development activities.

Role & Responsibilities

Research international markets, industries, competitors, and business opportunities.

Identify potential importers, distributors, buyers, manufacturers, and business partners.

Build and maintain qualified international B2B prospect databases.

Support lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and follow-ups.

Assist with international sales and business-development activities.

Prepare market research reports, presentations, proposals, and business materials.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities.

Support market-entry research and international business strategies.

Assist with export-import processes, documentation, logistics, and commercial requirements.

Track leads, follow-ups, and business-development pipelines.

- Work closely with senior management and contribute to real international business projects.

Who We’re Looking For

Students or recent graduates in International Business, BBA/BBM, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Agribusiness, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Strong interest in international business, exports, imports, B2B sales, and global markets.

Positive English communication and writing skills.

Strong research, analytical,



and organizational abilities.

Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google, Excel/Google Sheets, and online research.

Proactive, self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not mandatory.
