We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Executive to support our internal audit, risk management, compliance, and control functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and business processes.

- Review internal controls and identify control gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies.

- Verify transactions, invoices, supporting documents, reconciliations, and records.

- Perform audit testing and maintain proper audit working papers.

- Identify irregularities, exceptions, and potential compliance issues.

- Prepare audit findings and reports for management.

- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.

- Assist in risk assessments and process reviews.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with various departments to obtain information and resolve audit queries.

- Support external audits, statutory audits, and regulatory reviews when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience in internal audit, statutory audit, accounting, compliance,



or risk management preferred.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control concepts.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA / CMA / ACCA / CIA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

- Experience with SAP, Tally, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.

- Experience in RBI, FEMA, AML/KYC, or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
