Key Responsibilities

- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts, Purchase Orders, Order Forms, NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, Addendums and partner agreements under guidance from the legal team.
- Support the Deal Desk team in deal structuring, pricing approvals and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and update the contract repository and deal trackers for accuracy and visibility.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure timely closure of Agreements and Documents.
- Assist in preparing risk summaries, compliance checklists and redline documentation.
- Support process automation and standardization of contract workflows.
- Conduct basic research on legal and regulatory requirements impacting business operations.
- Participate in the review of customer and vendor RFPs/RFIs for contractual requirements.
- Help prepare dashboards, MIS reports and deal status updates for leadership reviews.
- Expertise in High Level Power Point Presentations, Advance Excel & Power BI

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Law, MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing,



Operations or related fields (final year students can also apply) and Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Experience is a Plus.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with tools i.e. Advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point.
- Good analytical, research and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with contract management and CRM tools i.e. Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines and strong organizational skills.
- Robust interest in commercial contracts, deal structuring, and corporate legal operations.
