Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Intern role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home assignments depending on project needs. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis related to sodium-ion battery materials and performance. The intern will help document test procedures and results, prepare technical reports or presentations, and support senior team members with research and development tasks.





Additional activities may involve literature reviews on electrochemistry and battery technologies, basic equipment maintenance under supervision, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Interest in electrochemistry, materials science, or energy storage technologies, especially battery research.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related STEM field.
- Basic laboratory skills, including safe handling of materials, following standard operating procedures, and recording experimental data accurately.
- Ability to conduct literature reviews, summarize technical information, and present findings clearly in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency in using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced research workplace.
