Role DescriptionThe Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise workers, subcontractors, vendors, and day-to-day interior site activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality of execution.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD, architectural, structural, and services drawings and communicate execution requirements clearly to site teams.
- Supervise interior works including false ceiling, electrical works,



painting, carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes (components, hardware and installation), polishing, stone work, furniture, glass work, plumbing, tiling, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries at site.
- Monitor site workforce, attendance, productivity, and execution schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, site safety procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain required site documentation and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring the work programme.
- Attend site coordination and management meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in interior site execution / fit-out projects, preferably residential or commercial interiors.
- Good knowledge of interior execution methods, materials, finishes, and workmanship standards.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and other relevant project drawings.
- Strong site supervision, workforce management, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of quality control, site safety, and HSE practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, site teams, and internal project teams.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools, site documentation, and reporting practices.
- Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal guidance and manage site-related challenges within project timelines.
