The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all on-site interior work, coordinating between the design team, labor, vendors, and clients, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong site execution knowledge, valuable communication skills, and the ability to resolve site-related issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior site execution activities.

- Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, masons, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Check site measurements, layout, alignment, and finishing quality.
- Monitor project progress and update the reporting team regularly.
- Coordinate material requirements and follow up with suppliers and contractors.
- Support the project team in achieving timely completion of work.
- Prepare daily progress reports and share site updates.





Required Skills

Good knowledge of interior fit-out execution.

Ability to read and understand working drawings.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in interior site supervision.

Familiarity with vendors, contractors, and site labor coordination.

Comfortable with field work and site visits.
