Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role oversees day-to-day site activities for interior projects, ensuring work is executed according to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring project timelines, managing materials and site resources, and conducting regular inspections to resolve on-site issues.

Supervisor will communicate progress and challenges to the design team and clients, ensure adherence to safety norms,



and support smooth handover of completed spaces.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising interior fit-out sites, including monitoring daily work, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
- Strong coordination skills for working with contractors, vendors, and design teams to resolve on-site issues.
- Knowledge of basic construction practices, interior finishes, and on-site safety procedures.
- Effective communication and reporting skills to document progress, delays, and site requirements.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in interior site supervision or project execution; experience in Vadodara or nearby regions is an advantage.
