Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Saket.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and producing detailed drawings and layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E;, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is carried through to execution. The role involves site visits, measurements, supervision of ongoing work, and close collaboration with the principal designer and project team.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design ideas,



and revise plans based on feedback while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetic layouts tailored to client needs.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and the ability to integrate interior concepts with overall structural and design principles.

Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections for site execution.

Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E;, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, fabrics, and finishes.

Candidates should possess competency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.

Candidates should possess strong visualization, conceptualization, and creative problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, vendors, and on-site teams.

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior studio or site experience in interiors will be an advantage.
