Role OverviewWe're seeking an Interior Sales Specialist with strong client-facing skills to manage the sales process from initial inquiry through project handover — building relationships, guiding product selections, and closing deals that align with our design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs and budget
- Present and recommend furniture, finishes, materials, and decor options tailored to client preferences
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms to close sales while protecting studio margins
- Maintain regular follow-ups and transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product catalogues
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and vendor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline,
and order status
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior sales or a related sales role
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in client coordination and relationship management
- Good understanding of interior products, materials, and finishes for guided selections
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
