Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Patna.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and create space plans that align with functional and aesthetic requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, selecting finishes and FF&E;, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that construction drawings are accurate and executable.



The role involves regular site visits to oversee project progress, address design-related issues, and maintain quality and consistency with approved plans.

The Interior

Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams at Livspace to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and a seamless experience for homeowners.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and visually compelling designs.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and ability to interpret and integrate them into interior solutions.
- Proficiency in developing detailed Construction Drawings and coordinating with in office teams for implementation.
- Experience in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and budgeting.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to present concepts and handle feedback constructively.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or renovation projects is an advantage.
