Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for offices and client environments. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with stakeholders to understand requirements, developing concepts, creating layout plans and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for execution. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, ensuring designs align with safety standards and budgets, and supervising site work to maintain design quality.

The Interior





Designer will collaborate closely with project managers and other teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and consistent brand representation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop interior design concepts, space plans, and visual presentations using industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting design, color theory, and furniture selection for commercial and office interiors.
- Experience in project coordination, including vendor and contractor management, budgeting, and timeline tracking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in commercial or office interior design projects, especially in India, is preferred.
