Senior Manager / Project Head – Interior Fit-Out ExecutionExperience: 15–20 Years

Industry: Hospitality / Hotels / Luxury Club Projects

Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end interior fit-out execution of luxury hotel/club projects.
- Manage execution of guest rooms, suites, restaurants, banquet halls, lobby, lounges, spa, gym, back-of-house and public areas.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, contractors and site activities.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, PMC and vendors.
- Ensure execution as per approved GFC drawings, design specifications and hospitality standards.
- Supervise civil, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, wall finishes, carpentry, furniture, painting and other finishing works.
- Coordinate closely with MEP services to ensure smooth integration with interior works.
- Monitor quality, project timelines and budget; ensure timely handover of areas.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors, including measurements and billing.




- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution/design-related issues.
- Lead project teams and ensure proper coordination between all departments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, safety requirements and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

- 15–20 years of experience in Hotel / Hospitality Interior Fit-Out Execution.
- Must have handled large-scale luxury hotel, resort, club or hospitality projects.
- Strong experience in interior execution, finishing works and project management.
- Should have excellent knowledge of hospitality spaces, materials, detailing, BOQ and drawings.
- Robust leadership and contractor/vendor management skills.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior-related discipline preferred.
