Job Purpose To act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams in the Life Sciences domain, ensuring accurate translation of clinical and operational requirements into system solutions within the Novartis Clinical Vault ecosystem.

To support data integration, standardization, and process optimization by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, and enabling seamless delivery through collaboration with development and testing teams.

Major Accountabilities

Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders .

Prepare comprehensive integration requirement documents to support system interfaces and data exchange across platforms.

Develop and maintain data mapping specifications ensuring accurate transformation, and integration of clinical data.

Act as a bridge between business, development, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements

Impact assessment of Integrations for the Vault Clinical configurations

Support the implementation and enhancement of solutions within clients Clinical Vault (e.g., CTMS, eTMF,



SSU or integrations)

Participate in project lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, requirement analysis, deployment, testing.

Coordinate with testing teams to ensure proper test case creation, execution, and defect tracking aligned with requirements.

Ensure compliance with life sciences regulatory standards

Need strong SQL knowledge for Impact assessment.

Provide ongoing support for issue resolution, change requests, and process improvements.

Specific Skilled Competencies

Hands-on experience with Clinical Vault / Veeva Vault systems.

Expertise in requirement gathering and business analysis techniques (URS, FRS).

Proficiency in data mapping, data flow analysis, and integration concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.

Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Waterfall teams.

Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and compliance.

Familiarity with testing processes, defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
