- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Intel EMA server deployment and configuration
- Intel AMT‑enabled device management
- OOB remote troubleshooting and recovery
- Valuable understanding of:
- Windows enterprise endpoints
- Networking fundamentals (ports, certificates, DNS)
- PKI and secure authentication models
- Experience working with:
- Intune and/or SCCM ecosystems
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Familiarity with:
- VIP / executive support models
- Remote and distributed workforce environments
Process & Operational Skills
- ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience supporting P1/P2 incidents
- Understanding of audit and security compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities* Intel EMA Design & Implementation
- Design and deploy Intel EMA in enterprise EUC environments
- Configure EMA server, device onboarding, and access models
- Define personas and supported use cases (VIP, remote users, break‑fix)
Remote Support & Device Recovery
- Act as SME for out‑of‑band endpoint recovery
- Support remote troubleshooting when OS, VPN, or network is unavailable
- Reduce onsite visits and device replacement through remote recovery
Operational Support & Incident Handling
- Serve as L3 escalation for Intel EMA related incidents
- Support Service Desk and EUC teams during major incidents
- Develop standard recovery playbooks
Security, Access & Governance
- Enforce secure access controls for EMA usage
- Maintain audit logs and compliance evidence
- Participate in security reviews and risk assessments
Documentation, Automation & Improvement
- Create SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles
- Identify automation opportunities within EMA workflows
- Continuously improve device recovery success rates
