Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ernakulam. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings, and presenting Ortez’s hotel CRM and ERP solutions.

The Inside Sales

Executive will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, schedule product demonstrations, and support the closure of deals in collaboration with the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, responding to customer queries, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



The role calls for consistent communication with hospitality businesses to understand their needs and position Ortez’s offerings effectively.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to manage the end-to-end sales cycle and achieve revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers in the hospitality sector.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and deliver a positive buyer experience.
- Relevant experience in B2B software or ERP/CRM sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel domain, is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate sales records, and analyze basic sales metrics is highly valued.
- Self-motivated approach, goal orientation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are important.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
