About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Recruiter with a robust understanding of the NBFC and lending ecosystem. The person should be able to independently manage mandates, understand role and business nuances, engage relevant talent and work confidently with both internal teams and external client stakeholders.

This role requires more than profile sourcing. We need someone who understands the numbers behind recruitment, maintains accurate MIS, draws insights from data and takes complete ownership of mandates from requirement understanding through candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid-level and senior-level roles within the NBFC and broader financial services ecosystem.
Understand each mandate in depth, including the business context, organisational structure, reporting relationships and critical success factors.
Build effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, market mapping and direct outreach.
Assess candidates for functional competence,



stability, motivation, compensation, cultural fit and likelihood of joining.
Maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Ensure timely submissions, interview coordination, feedback closure, offer management and post-offer engagement.

NBFC Domain Understanding
Possess a robust understanding of the Indian NBFC and lending ecosystem, including different business models, products and talent pools.
Be familiar with organisations operating across retail lending, MSME lending, consumer finance, housing finance, vehicle finance, microfinance, fintech and digital lending.
Understand hiring requirements across functions such as:

Risk and Analytics
Collections
Operations
Product and Digital Lending
