- Lead end-to-end NSO, renovation, and infrastructure projects across the state.
- Manage civil, MEP, interior fit-outs, vendors, timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Handle BOQ, CAPEX, contractor management, negotiations, and statutory compliance.
- Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators and ensure timely project handover.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical.
- Experience in retail/pharmacy rollouts, construction, or corporate fit-outs preferred.
