Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Hands-on experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales
- Experience in team handling and coordination
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and business conversion
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Manage Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities
- Lead and coordinate the Business Development team
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
