Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including SAP positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Ceipal and other portals
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle recruitment for SAP roles and understand key SAP modules/technologies
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Ceipal ATS

Key Skills





- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Ceipal
- Prior SAP recruitment experience preferred
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Proven ability to source and close IT positions
