We’re looking for a proactive Influencer / Talent Onboarding Executive to identify, connect with, and onboard creators and talent to our network.

Location: Andheri West (Mumbai candidates only)

Immediate joiners preferred

Agency background is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and talent
- Reach out to potential talent and manage initial conversations
- Explain opportunities, onboarding process, and collaboration terms
- Coordinate documentation, profiles, contracts, and onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with onboarded talent
- Keep the talent database updated and track onboarding progress

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or creator partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of social media and creator trends
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome
