Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role at MyWall is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern supports the influencer marketing team by identifying and reaching out to potential creators across social media platforms, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining influencer databases. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campaign briefs, helping manage communication between influencers and brands, tracking performance metrics, and preparing basic reports.

The intern may contribute to content ideas for campaigns, monitor trends in influencer marketing, and assist with organizing events or activations.



This position offers hands-on experience in building creator relationships, executing campaigns, and learning how data and creativity drive successful influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content, with familiarity across major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding concepts, including campaign planning, audience engagement, and creator partnerships.
- Ability to conduct online research, organize information in spreadsheets or CRM tools, and maintain accurate influencer records.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams and creators.
- Comfort with data basics: tracking campaign performance, interpreting straightforward metrics, and summarizing insights for reports.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute ideas to improve campaigns and processes.
- Preferred: pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: prior internship, campus experience, or personal creator experience in social media, content creation, or community management.
