Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer and UGC campaigns on a full time basis. This on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves identifying and researching suitable creators, helping manage outreach and communication, and maintaining influencer databases. The intern will assist in coordinating campaign deliverables, tracking content performance, and preparing reports and updates for internal teams.





Daily tasks may also include brainstorming creative concepts, supporting content reviews, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution.

Qualifications

- Interest in influencer marketing, UGC content, and social media platforms, with the ability to understand trends and audience behavior.
- Strong research and organizational skills to identify creators, analyze their profiles, and maintain accurate records and campaign documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics; familiarity with tools such as Excel/Sheets and social media analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
