Role Description The Influencer role at Hamlets Education is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Influencer will create engaging content across social media platforms to promote Hamlets Education’s services and student success stories. The Influencer will collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to develop campaigns that highlight international education opportunities, career counseling, and admission support.

Daily tasks include planning and publishing posts, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and participating in online and offline events to build brand awareness and trust. The role also involves tracking campaign performance,



suggesting improvements, and maintaining a professional and positive brand presence.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Public Relations skills to engage diverse audiences and represent the brand professionally.
- Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including experience with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Basic Sales skills to effectively convey the value of Hamlets Education’s services and convert interest into inquiries and enrollments.
- Ability to create clear, compelling written and visual content; familiarity with content creation tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of education consulting or student counseling services is beneficial, especially in international education contexts.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
- Previous experience as an influencer, content creator, or marketing associate is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
