About the Role

Xcelerate Media is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our Influencer Marketing team. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, and the creator economy.

The position involves working with influencers and content creators, supporting brand campaigns, coordinating campaign activities, and maintaining creator relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Scout and identify relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign requirements.

Research and maintain creator databases and campaign records.

Communicate with influencers regarding campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and requirements.

Coordinate with creators throughout the campaign execution process.

Support creator negotiations and commercial discussions.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Track creator deliverables, campaign progress, and deadlines.

Maintain accurate campaign and creator data using Google Sheets/Excel.

Build and maintain skilled relationships with influencers and creators.





Support campaign reporting and post-campaign activities.

Requirements

Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or the creator economy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with creators and internal teams.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
