Role Overview -

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and support the planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, creators, and digital marketing, along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for brands.
- Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign requirements.
- Conduct creator outreach and coordinate with influencers regarding campaigns, commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain and update influencer databases and campaign trackers.
- Coordinate with creators, brand teams, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in preparing campaign proposals, creator shortlists, and presentations.
- Follow up with creators and ensure timely submission of content, scripts, and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign progress and maintain regular status updates.




- Track campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
- Support the team in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and developments in the influencer marketing industry.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and other industry stakeholders.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Freshers with a solid interest in influencer marketing are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong interest in creators, social media trends, and digital content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
