Role Description

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage and coordinate influencer campaigns across social media platforms. The role involves creator research, outreach, onboarding, campaign coordination, content tracking, and reporting. The candidate will work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless and timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to successful closure.
- Research and shortlist relevant creators as per campaign requirements.
- Handle creator outreach, communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate briefs,



deliverables, timelines, and product dispatches.
- Track content submissions, revisions, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Maintain campaign trackers, creator databases, and performance reports.
- Share regular campaign updates with clients and internal teams.
- Resolve creator-related concerns and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Monitor influencer trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

- Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
