Role Description This is a full-time, in office Industrial Electrician role based in Gurugram.

The Industrial

Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment used in building-automation and industrial facilities, including panels, wiring, and control systems.

Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.



The role involves collaborating with engineering and operations teams to support HVAC automation, energy monitoring solutions, and IoT-enabled devices, as well as documenting work performed and maintaining accurate service records.

The Industrial

Electrician is expected to respond to breakdowns promptly, minimize equipment downtime, and support continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of electricity and industrial electrical systems, including panels, circuits, and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of electrical equipment in commercial or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing faults in wiring, controls, and related hardware.
- Practical skills in electrical wiring and installation, including reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems.
- Relevant technical diploma/ITI or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs, and IoT-based building or industrial controls is an advantage.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, use appropriate tools and PPE, and comply with local electrical codes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
- Prior experience in HVAC, energy monitoring, or smart building environments is preferred.
