We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in a 2-Wheeler OEM setting. The candidate will be responsible for improving production efficiency, optimizing processes, manpower planning, and implementing lean manufacturing practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct time & motion studies to improve productivity and line balancing
- Manpower planning and productivity improvement initiatives
- Cycle time analysis and capacity planning
- Line layout design and optimization
- Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, VSM)
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Improve material flow and reduce wastage
- Support new model / line commissioning activities
- Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and standard times
