We are looking for an experienced **Import/Export Customs Coordinator with robust knowledge of international shipments, Indian import/export procedures, and customs clearance processes. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, supporting customs clearance, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate international import and export shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare and maintain documents required for customs clearance .
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transporters, and suppliers.
- Ensure all import/export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support customs clearance activities and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Maintain proper filing and records of customs and shipment documents.
- Prepare regular shipment and logistics reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indian import/export regulations and customs procedures .
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of imported materials to the project/site.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Import/Export, Customs, International Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of Indian import/export processes and customs clearance .
- Experience handling international shipments and related documentation.
- Good knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel .
- Good command of English speaking, reading, and writing .
