We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, workflow automation, and ITSM best practices, with the ability to lead end-to-end implementations and collaborate with business stakeholders. The role involves configuration, customization, integration, and building workflows to support business processes across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development and Customization

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Catalog Items.

Develop and manage Service Catalog workflows and request fulfillment processes.

Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.

Implement Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine solutions.

Implementation and Solution Design

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture.

Prepare technical design documents, solution blueprints, and deployment plans.

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance.

Integration and Automation

Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft, Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, monitoring, HR, and third-party platforms.





Design and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Platform Administration and Support

Perform platform upgrades and patch management.

Monitor system performance and optimize platform configurations.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation support.

Ensure platform security, compliance, and data integrity.

Leadership and Collaboration

Mentor junior developers and administrators.

Participate in code reviews and establish development standards.

Work closely with project managers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Provide effort estimation and technical leadership during project delivery.
