Role Description The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of POLOXY® ERP at poultry enterprises, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and user adoption. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client requirements, mapping business processes, configuring system modules, conducting data migration, and performing on-site testing. The role involves training users, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting implementation issues,



and coordinating with internal product and support teams to address client needs.

The Implementation

Engineer will also prepare documentation, track project milestones, and support continuous improvement of implementation methodologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajgurunagar.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Implementation and Project Implementation for enterprise or industry-specific solutions.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordination with development or support teams.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on client communication, stakeholder management, and user training.
- Project Management capabilities for planning, monitoring milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Understanding of ERP systems; exposure to manufacturing, agribusiness, or poultry industry workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in analysing business processes and converting requirements into technical configurations.
- Bachelor’s or master degree commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site at client locations, with robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting.
